How long will it take to ship my order?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship out. Note: (shipping days may change due to weekends and national holidays) However during periods of high demand please allow up to 5-7 business days for your package to be processed and shipped.

Placing the order using UPS, DHL eCommerce, FedEx, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. Keep in mind Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. In-store pick up is available Fridays only from 12pm-4pm at our HQ location. Customers must provide a valid photo id and order confirmation to be able to pick up orders.

Shipping Return: Upon request, a return label will be provided for your order. If you choose to return any items, you may be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Restocking Fee

A 5–10% restocking fee will be applied to most approved returns and exchanges. The exact amount depends on the condition of the returned item and associated processing costs. Please note that all returns will be handled and processed through FedEx Ground.

We advise customers washing delicate items with like colors, turning them inside out to maintain shape and authenticity. It's recommended to hang dry, but if a dryer is necessary, use low heat.
For some our items are delicate and need extra precaution care tips:
*Recommend hand washing for extra gentle care.
*Use mild detergent specifically  for delicate fabrics. (Avoid using fabric softener) 
*Professional Dry Cleaning for  delicate or intricate pieces.
*Avoid Sunlight* to prevent color fading or damage.
