Positions We’re Hiring For:
We are opening doors to multiple departments — whether you’re creative, business-minded, passionate about marketing, or energized by events, there’s a lane for you.
Creative Designer Assistant
Work directly alongside Founder & Creative Visionary, Marti Tipp Steele, helping develop design concepts, assisting with creative projects, and contributing to the overall brand identity.
Sales & Marketing Team | Social Media Manager
Help push the brand forward by building relationships, promoting products, engaging with customers, and supporting impactful marketing initiatives that grow our reach and influence.
Be the digital voice of AlterEgo Brand & Co. Manage content creation, engagement strategies, community building, campaign execution, and storytelling across social platforms.
Event Staff
Play a key role in major events such as AME Block Fest, Back2School Drives, pop-ups, and brand activations. Assist with setup, coordination, execution, and creating memorable brand experiences.
Videographer, Photographer & Production Media Team
Help bring the brand’s vision to life through powerful storytelling and visual production.
This team will:
- Capture events, campaigns, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Create commercials, brand visuals, and digital content
- Support editing, content development, and high-quality production work
