AME Blockfest Vendor Agreement – Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

AlterEgo Brand & Co. collects personal and business information from vendors during the

application and booking process. This may include:

• Name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Business name and details

• Payment information

2. Use of Information

Collected information is used to:

• Communicate event details, updates, and important announcements

• Process payments, issue receipts, and manage refunds

• Maintain internal records for event planning and future opportunities

• Feature vendor business names, logos, or descriptions in promotional materials (with

prior approval)

3. Consent

By submitting a vendor application or making a payment, vendors consent to the collection

and storage of their information for event coordination and future booking opportunities.

4. Data Sharing

AlterEgo Brand & Co. does not sell vendor information. Data may only be shared:

• When required by law or legal request

• With secure third-party payment processors (including major credit cards processed

through our website, as well as platforms such as Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, and

Venmo) strictly for transaction purposes.

5. Data Security

We take appropriate measures to protect vendor information from unauthorized access or

misuse.

• Payment details are handled through secure third-party platforms and are not stored by

AlterEgo Brand & Co.

6. Vendor Rights

Vendors have the right to:

• Access their personal data

• Request corrections to inaccurate information

• Request deletion of their data (unless required by law to retain it)

7. Marketing & Promotion

With vendor approval, AlterEgo Brand & Co. may use business names, logos, or descriptions

for promotional purposes (social media, flyers, website, etc.).

• Vendors may opt out at any time by submitting a written request via email.

8. Data Retention

Vendor information will be retained for up to 12 months after the last event participated in, or

as required by law.

9. Compliance

AlterEgo Brand & Co. aims to align with applicable privacy standards, including U.S.

privacy laws, GDPR, and CCPA principles, ensuring vendors have transparency and control

over their data.

10. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated as needed. Vendors will be notified of any significant

changes during the application process or via email
